Identifier:			15 or fewer ASCII lower case (a-z), numeric (0-9), hyphen (-), underscore (_), or at-sign (@) characters
New password:			Provide a new password.
Confirm password:			Confirm the new password by reentering it.
Name prefix:			Optional honorific such as Prof., Dr., Mr., Ms., Mrs., Rev., Pastor, or anything else.
First name(s):			Optional first name, which may include internal whitespace and parentheses (), for instance for a nickname.
Last name(s):			Optional last name, which may include internal whitespace or suffixes such as Jr., III, IV, Ph.D., J.D., or anything else.
Show (real) name		When checked, shows the above, presumably real name, to authenticated collaborators rather than just to administrators. The identifier is always visible to authenticated collaborators.
Address:			Optional street address, which may include suite or apartment. Unless otherwise specified below, only administrators see address information.
Locality:			Optional locality, such as a city and state or province and country. Unless otherwise specified below, only administrators see locality information.
Postal code:			Required for authentication. A postal code, such as the USPS 5-digit ZIP code (ZIP+4 allowed). Unless otherwise specified below, only administrators see postal code information.
Show address		When checked, shows the above address with its locality and postal code to authenticated collaborators.
Phone number(s):			Optional phone number(s), which may include indicators such as (work), (home), (cell), or (preferred). Unless otherwise specified below, only administrators see phone number(s).
Show phone(s)		When checked, shows the above phone number(s) to authenticated collaborators.
E-mail address(es):			Required for authentication and continued collaboration. Valid, non-temporary, electronic-mail address(es). Comma-separate multiple addresses. Unless specified otherwise below, only administrators see e-mail information.
Show e-mail address(es)		When checked, shows the above E-mail address(es) to authenticated collaborators.
Messaging info:			Optional messaging identifier(s), including the messaging system name, such as "Skype: first.last, AIM: handle, Google+: my_login". Unless otherwise specified below, only administrators see messaging information.
Show messaging information		When checked, shows the above messaging system information to authenticated collaborators.
Organization(s):	Optional organization name(s), which may include internal whitespace, giving relevant affiliations and possibly their locations.

Show organization(s)		When checked, shows the above organization information to authenticated collaborators.
Description:	Optional description that will be visible to authenticated collaborators.

Comments:	Optional comments that only administrators see. Provides an opportunity to provide information that will help authentication or otherwise communicate with administrators.

Refusing cookies		Provides a hint about whether or not browser settings allow setting session (temporary) cookies. The hint may eventually avoid a dialog with collaborators who would like to avoid setting even these innocuous cookies.

For instance, information that most Free Software Foundation licenses cover, which restrict proprietary use, should not be submitted. Collaborators retain non-exclusive rights to what they provide.

Information on this site that is not already publicly available may not be publicized or used in a product without the explicit permission of site owners or their designees. Collaborators retain their rights to publicize or otherwise use anything that they provide.

Security of collaborator registration information will be attempted but is not guaranteed. Collaborators and other viewers assume risks from using this site. The web site may set session cookies solely to enable logging in.
